Whether it’s a walk in the bush and nature, or a heritage and historic trail, a leisurely walk around a lake or a scenic self-drive bush trail,  there’s much to see, admire and capture in our wonderful place and space.

Reservoir Hill Lookout

Reservoir Hill Lookout


Reservoir Hill Lookout located north of the town provides a panoramic view of the town and the surrounding fertile plains.

Condobolin Fire Station

Self-Guided Heritage Walk

Step back and learn the history of Condobolin through historical building and sites. This is a self-guided walking tour which comes with a booklet with the order of sites to visit and with a map.

Mount Tilga Walk to the Summit

Mount Tilga Walk to the Summit


Located 8 km north of Condobolin, Mount Tilga was known in the 1800s as the geographical centre of NSW. The climb to the summit is not easy but offers excellent panorama of the Central Western plains.

Gum Bend Lake to the Town Walk

While taking a break at Gum Bend Lake, be sure to stretch your legs on the 6km walking track from Gum Bend Lake into Condobolin to the end of Bathurst Street and back to the Lake again.

Lake Foreshire Walk and Bike Ride

The scenic walkway and bicycle track along the lake’s foreshore is a relaxing way to take in views of the lake and read the interpretative signage 
along the way.

Town Historical & Cultural Tour

The scenic lake walk/bike ride provides a number of historical interpretive signage and a tour around the town itself offers a number of historical buildings and sites, all with a story to tell
Hotel Tottenham

Tottenham Historic Buildings Tour

This self-guided trail is a wonderful way to learn about the history behind Tottenham’s buildings. All located with the main township of Tottenham, you can walk, cycle or drive the trail.

Village Cultural Walk

Take a walk around the pretty town of “Tulli” and take in the town’s historical and cultural identity and bush life through interesting sites.  These sites of interest include 2 churches, the war memorial, grain handling facility, the pink Tulli Cafe, the Tulli Co-op, and the local pub.
Manna Mountain

Manna Mountain Walk


Manna Mountain is an Aborignal site of improtance due to the sacred grinding grooves that can still be seen today.  The climb to the top of Manna Mountain offers a broad view of the landscape.

Village Walk


Take a leisurely walk around the small town which offers a number of interesting sites that capture the town’s historical and cultural identity and bush life.  These include the 2 churches, the town’s windmill, grain silos, the Bush Chapel, the Memorial Gates and monuments, the general store & pub

The Rabbit Trap Hotel & sculpture are central to this small town’s social and cultural fabric.  Take a walk around the town and you’ll find other fascinating sites including the Memorial Gates, the Old Police Lockup, the Rabbit Trappers Hut, the BIG Beer Can, the church and the storage facility.

Village Cultural Walk

Although Fifield is a small community, it is a friendly and welcoming one.  Take a leisurely walk around and you will discover some historical and cultural sites including the quaint church, the war memorial and other monuments, the old community hall and the pub which is at the heart of the community.

Self-Drive Bush Trails

The Bogan Way

Direct driving time is 2.5 hours, however allow plenty of time for breaks and for exploration.
Attractions and places of interest include:  Condobolin Agricultural Research Station; Condobolin Airport; Fifield; Tullamore;
Albert & the iconic Rabbit Trap Hotel; Tottenham the geographical Centre of NSW Cairn

Condo to Lake Cargelligo via Tulli

Direct driving time is around an hour but allow time for various attractions and places of interest.
Attractions and places of interest include: Farm Chapel “Bolo”; Tulli Cafe, Tulli Co-Op & Crafty Corner, Frampton Flats Feedlot; Lake Brewster, Curlew Waters,  Lake Cargelligo township and Lake Cargelligo with all its beauty

Bush Trail - Condo to Lake Cowral via Burcher

Direct driving time is around 1.5 hours, however allow plenty of time for various attractions and places of interest. 
Attractions and places of interest include: Signature Alpacas Farm & Stud; Manna Mountain; Burcher; The Bush Chapel, Burcher Corner Store; Burcher Hotel; Lake Cowal & Mine
